  • Undertake a new and original search within target companies
  • Identify existing Adway contacts for networking and referral purposes
  • Initial contact with target Candidate to ascertain current job title, reporting structure, people management, current responsibilities, academic background, IT skills, current remuneration package, location and notice period
  • Agree next steps with Candidate

Week Three Onwards

  • Long list presentation to Client
  • Selection interviews of prospective Candidates

Week Six Onwards

  • Presentation of shortlist
  • Interview scheduling management
  • Facilitation of the feedback process
  • Assistance with offer formulation and subsequent delivery thereof
  • Liaison between both parties and confirmation of start date
  • Overseeing notice period
  • Commencement of employment
  • Follow up at the end of one and three months with both Client and Appointee
